Typically, dosages of 100-300 mg a day are taken in two separate doses with meals. While the best dosage has not yet been discovered, it is known that doses of less than 100mg per day do not have any real effects on human performance or memory (Murphress; Wenzel). At a dose of 400mg per day alertness and mental powers are improved (Green, L.; Lawrence, R.M.J).
