Natural Rewards Rules and Regulations |
|
- Only purchases made after the official start date of Natural Rewards (August 5, 2004) will be eligible to earn frequent buyer points.
- NaturalReward points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Natural Rewards Points will not be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions.
- Natural Rewards points earned and redeemed do not apply to tax or freight.
- Natural Rewards members must be 18 years or age or older.
- This is a lifetime program launched in 2004 and your points will not expire as long as your account has purchasing activity within the past 12 months
- Employees and immediate family members of WellnessTrader.com and its affiliates are not eligible for membership.
- WellnessTrader.com reserves the right to audit an account at any time and may terminate any membership upon its discretion.
- No personal information from the Natural Rewards program is made available to third parties.
- For every dollar you spend with WellnessTrader.com, after any discounts and before tax and/or shipping, you will earn 1 Natural Rewards point.
- Returned and/or refunded products or cancelled orders that originally earned points will be deducted from your frequent buyer points. When a rewards program purchase is made, the points associated with that reward will be subtracted from the total points.
- Enrollment and purchases are tracked by the member's email address. Our policy states that Natural Rewards points can only be assigned to the email and password entered during checkout and points cannot be combined or transferred between two accounts.
- Points shown in the member's account will be the official number of Natural Rewards Points earned.
- WellnessTrader.com customers must create and maintain a Member Account with WellnessTrader.com using their email address and a password to redeem Natural Rewards points. Everyone who purchases online at any of the WellnessTrader.com sites is eligible for the Natural Rewards points. Natural Rewards points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before the account was created.
- Members have the option to sign up for occasional emails about the program. These emails are used to notify you when you've qualified for a reward level (levels to be added at a later date), as well as to send you occasional special discounts related to the Natural Rewards program. You may choose to opt out of receiving these emails and still be eligible to redeem your rewards by logging into your Member Account. You can opt in/opt out of receiving these emails through your account under the My Profile link.
- WellnessTrader.com will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases towards the program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur.
- Natural Rewards Program members will automatically receive an optional account statement. It will summarize Natural Rewards Points earned for the statement period and provide member with their current point total.
- Natural Rewards points are not transferable nor do they have any cash value or monetary value. Points may be exchanged for awards offered under this program by individual Natural Rewards members only. Natural Rewards Points are not redeemable by groups or organizations.
- All state and federal tax implications, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Natural Rewards program member.
- WellnessTrader.com shall not be liable for fraudulent, or unauthorized redemption of Natural Rewards Points.
- WellnessTrader.com reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in the Frequent Buyer Awards Program if in its sole judgment said person has violated in any way any of the terms and conditions described herein. Disqualification may result in termination of membership and loss of all accumulated Natural Rewards Points.
- Interpretation of terms and conditions of the Natural Rewards program and resolution of any dispute remains exclusively at the discretion of WellnessTrader.com cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors in any materials relating to the program.
- Natural Rewards Points for a member reflected in WellnessTrader.com's records shall be deemed correct and WellnessTrader.com reserves the right to determine the amount of points to be awarded for any transaction.
- Every effort has been made to ensure that the information represented here is accurate. WellnessTrader.com is not responsible for errors or omissions.
- WellnessTrader.com may cancel the program, change the program rules, benefits, conditions or participation at any time without notice or further obligation to program members. Any un-redeemed rewards will be forfeited.
- Void where prohibited by law.
